Programs
Guided by our mission to "Touch lives with the love of Christ," we operate a range of community-based programs in Kumasi, Ghana.
Back to School
Manna of Life Foundation raises funds each year to provide school uniforms, backpacks and school supplies to help children living in deprived communities to attend school. Although public school is available to all children in Ghana, a child must have a uniform and school supplies to attend. This is something many children living in poverty can not afford.
Road to Emmaus - Shoe Drive
Underprivileged Children often have to walk long distances to attend school. Many have inadequate shoes for the journey. Manna of Life Foundation assists by providing good shoes for these children in need.

“When mothers and babies are not healthy, communities are not healthy”—Christiana Tsitsiwu
The health and well-being of children are vital to the overall health of any community. Our Mother and Child Program is designed to support mothers and ensure healthy beginnings for their babies. The program includes:
Nutrition Program: This initiative provides specially prepared baby food every quarter, aimed at helping mothers nourish their newborns and prevent malnutrition in the communities we serve.
Newborn Baby Gift Bag: A thoughtfully assembled gift bag given to new mothers, containing essential items for newborn care to support both mother and child during the crucial early days.
Through these efforts, we strive to improve maternal and child health and contribute to stronger, healthier communities.
Manna of Life Foundation Launches Newborn Baby Gift Bag Program
On June 18th, 2025, Manna of Life Foundation proudly launched the Newborn Baby Gift Bag Program as part of our ongoing Mother and Child Initiative. This program is designed to ensure that new mothers have access to essential items needed to care for their newborns during the early, critical stages of life.
Through this initiative, we aim to support families by providing thoughtfully curated gift bags filled with baby care essentials, offering both practical help and a gesture of compassion to mothers as they begin their parenting journey.

Mentoring & Discipleship and Volunteer Training
The Mentoring and Discipleship program provides an avenue for young people to discuss and find solutions to the problems and social issues they face daily. Regular meetings include fun activities, refreshments as they study and discuss mentoring materials and different topics. Pastor Stephen Mensah, our Director of Operations in Ghana, wrote the mentoring books for boys and girls answering the call to provide a forum for young people to discuss social issues and explore Biblical solutions. The program is growing and yielding fruit.
Training is provided for all Mentors and MLF volunteers working with children.
